Rosemary and Clove Infused Oil for Pain Relief

Uses: This remedy is highly effective for relieving muscle soreness, joint pain, and improving circulation.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of whole or ground cloves
  • 1/4 cup of olive or coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive or coconut oil on low heat.
  2. Add the rosemary and cloves to the oil, letting it infuse gently for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Strain the oil to remove the solids and let it cool slightly.
  4. Massage the infused oil onto sore muscles, joints, or areas needing relief.
  5. Leave the oil on for 30 minutes or overnight for enhanced benefits.
